It is a premium product presented to the market in 2015, produced exclusively with native potatoes (michuñe and bruja varieties) from the island of Chiloé, planted and harvested on the territory and made with purified water with active carbon and reverse osmosis.

Distillation

Sirena de Chiloé is triple distilled at sea level, in a copper and bronze still with fractionated column of 4 plates, heated to firewood. 8 kilos of potatoes are used for each bottle of vodka.
