Ingredients
- 2 oz Sirena de Chiloé vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz elderflower gum
- ½ oz of beet juice
- ½ oz of strawberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Ginger beer
Preparation.
Add all the ingredients (except the ginger beer) in a shaker. Shake well for about 15 seconds. Serve in a short glass with plenty of ice halfway up. Complete with the ginger beer until ¾ of the glass. If you are not driving, enjoy without moderation.
